Although we pride ourselves on our exceptional print quality and customer service, our team are only human and occasionally a printing error can occur or an incorrect size can be dispatched. If you think you have received an unsatisfactory product, simply email us with:
- Your order number
- A description of what the error is
- A photo including the error (if you are emailing regarding an incorrect size please ensure you include the size label in your photo)
- Your full name
Once your email is received, the team will review the issue and get back to you with a resolution pronto.
